Cancellation Policy

Confirm:
Please make sure to confirm your appointments. If you need to update your phone number, please let me know. If you arent receiving text messages when your appointment is booked from me please also let me know ๐
โฐ Cancellations:
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives me time to fill your spot ๐
โ Late Cancellations:
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% fee of the service booked will be required before rebooking ๐
๐ค Sickness:
Your health (and mine!) always comes first ๐ If youโre feeling under the weather, please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you arrive sick or showing symptoms (cough, fever, etc.), I may need to reschedule your appointment for the safety of everyone. Same day cancellations due to illness will be treated case by case, but consistent last minute reschedules may require a non refundable deposit for future bookings โ๏ธ
๐ซ No Call / No Show:
If you donโt call or show up for your appointment, youโll be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings ๐โโ๏ธ
๐ฌ Running Late?
Please message me if youโre running behind! After 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee could apply โณ
